About Julie

Julie Boyd-Elrod, Realtor®/ Broker Associate, who is “Dedicated to Fulfilling YOUR Dreams of Home Ownership”, serves her clients and her community with over 34 years of real estate experience. Over the years, Julie has been a consistent top-producer and has won numerous industry awards, and continues to do so.  Her never ending passion for helping her clients achieve their goals of selling and/or buying real estate, regardless of price or size, remain her top priority!

Julie was born in Upstate New York and lived there for the first 13 years of her life. She relocated to the Orlando area with her parents and seven brothers and sisters. After graduating high school, Julie got married and now has three wonderful, grown children and four precious grandchildren whom she adores.

When not helping her clients, Julie enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, biking, time at the beach, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Julie has affiliations with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA), as well as Life at UCF.

Julie enjoys supporting several charities, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Catholic Charities of Central Florida, The Sharing Center in Longwood, FL, and KW Cares.
